What is The Rx Infusery’s Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy?
At The Rx Infusery, we understand that schedules can shift unexpectedly. As a fully mobile, concierge-based service, we dedicate time and resources to each client—traveling directly to your location for every appointment. To respect the time of our providers and ensure availability for all clients, we kindly ask that any cancellations or rescheduling be made at least 24 hours in advance.
- Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
- No-shows or cancellations made within 2 hours of your scheduled time will be charged 100% of the service fee.
For group events, cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the total service cost based on half of the confirmed guest count, calculated at a base rate of $200 per person.
For example, if your event includes 8 guests:
- Less than 24 hours’ notice cancellation fee: 4 x ($200 x 50%) = $400
- No-shows or cancellations made within 2 hours of your scheduled time: 4 x $200 = $800

What is the process of a concierge appointment with The Rx Infusery?
Upon arrival, if we haven’t already reviewed your health history, we’ll begin with a quick consultation to discuss your goals, review your intake form, and ensure your selected treatment is the perfect fit for you.
Your provider will then check your vital signs to confirm you’re ready for treatment.
IV infusions typically take 30–60 minutes, while wellness IM boosters are quick and can be completed in just a few seconds. (Aesthetic treatments coming soon!)
While your drip is infusing, feel free to scroll, work, nap, read, or simply relax—whatever helps you make the most of your time. Your provider will remain close by, monitoring and supporting you throughout the session.
After your treatment, we’ll provide simple post-care instructions. Most clients feel refreshed, recharged, or relaxed—and can get right back to their day with minimal interruption.
How can I be sure it’s safe?

All IV therapies, wellness boosters, and aesthetic treatments are administered by licensed Registered Nurses under the medical direction of a board-certified prescriber. We follow evidence-based protocols to ensure every treatment is not only effective—but carefully tailored to your individual needs.
We use only medical-grade vitamins, injectables, and IV fluids sourced from a reputable, FDA-registered pharmacy, ensuring the highest quality and purity in every formulation.
Whether you’re receiving a hydrating IV drip, a quick vitamin injection, or an advanced aesthetic service, your provider will closely monitor you throughout the entire process—bringing clinical-level care directly to you, in the comfort and convenience of your space.

Is there a Travel Fee?
As a fully concierge mobile service within the state of Massachusetts, The Rx Infusery brings wellness directly to your home, event, or workplace for ultimate comfort and convenience. To accommodate time and travel, a travel fee may apply depending on your location and will be calculated and clearly communicated at the time of booking. Standard travel rates are as follows:
- Within 15 miles of Milford, MA – No travel fee
- 16–30 miles – $25 travel fee
- 31–50 miles – $50 travel fee
- Over 50 miles – Custom quote required and subject to provider availability
Group appointments and events may be eligible for waived or reduced travel fees.
What payment methods are accepted by The Rx Infusery?
The Rx Infusery accepts cash, Venmo, & all major credit cards.
